Guide to solving problems with videos yourself

If a video does not work, please try to solve the problem yourself using the following points. We recommend using the browsers Google Chrome or Firefox, as there are currently recurring problems with Microsoft Edge.

 

1. update browser

Update your internet browser or install another browser for testing (Chrome, Firefox)
 

2. check extensions

Click on the three-dot menu at the top right > Settings (Chrome)
Click on Extension and check whether an AdBlocker is installed, deactivate it.
Click on the three-dot menu at the top right > Settings (Firefox)
Click on Extensions & Themes and check if an AdBlocker is installed, disable it.
Update the game (F5 or Ctrl + R)
 

3. check cookie declaration

Please pay attention to the game worlds (please click on the corresponding world).

Game world DE1, game world DE2, game world DE3, game world EN1 and game world EN2
Click here on “Change consent”
Click on “Allow cookies” there
 

4. activate JavaScript

JavaScript must be activated and must not be blocked.

5. clear cache and delete cookies

Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard (works with all common browsers)
Check the box next to Cookies and other website data, images and files in the cache (Chrome)
Click on Delete data.
Check the box next to Cookies and cache and click OK. (Firefox)
Refresh the game (F5 or Ctrl + R) and allow ALL cookies again.
 

6. reset browser settings

Click on the three-dot menu at the top right > Settings (Chrome)
Click on Advanced > Reset and clean.
Reset the settings and clean up the browser.
Clean up Firefox. Type “about:support” in the address bar and confirm with Enter. Click on “Clean up Firefox”. Confirm the process with “Clean Firefox”. Your browser will now restart automatically.
Then restart the game.
 

7. restart your PC
