Blocking Family Play

I and my family have been playing for the last 3 to 5 years.  I have spent thousands of dollars to promote your game.  My family is very pissed, we have one computer, 3 of us play at any given time.  I do understand about running all different accounts.  But this is terrible on Big Baits end.  My Kids and wife might not be back.  But as for me, spending so much to support you with no warning is really unbelievable.  We really loved your game but.......I would hope you would reconsider.

me and my wife bin playing along time spent 1000s on gold, my wife left game about 2 months ago, and i get band for 2 accounts! my wife made a FB page with our co, and bought gold with her card, this is not fair! she left game before cartel started, so im not understanding why!
