why are public contracts not internationally friendly? i do not not understand because of the time zone i am in i only have a opportunity for 2 a day yet i pay the same money. why are public contracts not run 24/7?

I'm the same boat.  I get about 3 a day (unless I wake up early and get a 4th).  It has to do with your company.  The big companies would be able to keep doing PCs 24/7 and you'd fall further down the list as a company.  You just have to recruit some people in a different time zone than you so they can do the PCs that you cannot.

 

I have an issue with the tonnage in PCs.  My 2 person company cannot pull 1,600t of fish in 2 hours unless I spend tons of gold bars in pulling nets and baiting.  What is up with that?
