problem with fish counter at fishing spots

been fishing @ seamount humps on bb2 with 5 nessy's and ghost ship for a few hours trying to hold 2nd and it's not raised above 1.11 i've been watching others raise over .12 but not me any fixes?

Are you doing port assignment, competition or port event? if you are just fishing it won't raise
