one question - how is it possible for a member in a company to shoot up 19 levels over everyone else in they

re company when you have everyone started at the same date. if they are buying they're way up why not let the rest in on the secret instead of only the top three members.

It is possible. many different ways , amount of gameplay, amount of gold bought and used , kind of ship bought and used how many events done ect....as for letting others in on how.  That's up to them . If you feel left out may-be its time to find a more sharing group.
