RPG - Personell

A very good game as a strategy but in my opinion misses the depth some RPG elements can bring in, for example hiring your Captains and personell having features that can boost your ingame achievements, limited time personell that can boost your income from market and maritime museum, a lot more in depth ship building including player ability for designing and building hiw own kind of ship, even establishing your own maritime uni for training new marine pros for your company's positions.Could be usefull for the player to be able to invest on a specific town and develop and prosper where he wants to, in simple words what came in my mind through playing Big Bait was a modern version of Patrician series, as a maritime pro I can say it is a game that can be played without being flustrated from noticing the many mistakes devs usually do in maritime games, consider only bringing in more RPG to emphasize on the details!
